About

An inscription records that the mosque was finished in 1513 by Shah Majlis Amin, an official of Husain Shah; his tomb stands beside it. Also called the Uchail mosque, it lay half forgotten in jungle for a long time before it was cleared and is again in use.

It is a small, solid building with a single dome and curved cornice in the sultanate manner. Visit outside prayer times and dress modestly.
