Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 to make one.
Be kind
Your handle and display name are visible to others. Don't use names that are hateful, harassing, impersonate someone or break the law. We may change such a name, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules.
Your memories
The photos and words you share stay yours. Share only what you have the right to share. Memories must not be hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or misleading, must not advertise, must not show other people's private information without their permission, and must not break the law. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By sharing a memory you let us store it and show it to the people you chose. We may remove memories that break these rules and suspend or delete accounts that do. Report anything that breaks them from the memory's menu, and block anyone you don't want to hear from.
Guides and travel
Guides, costs, seasons and routes are written in good faith but can be out of date. Check locally before you travel, respect local rules and stay safe. You travel at your own risk.
Content and credits
Guide text is ours. Photos come from Wikimedia Commons under their own free licences, credited in the app. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Please keep those credits when you share.
The service
The app is provided as is. We'll do our best to keep it running, but we can change features or stop the service. We may ask you to update the app when an older version can no longer work properly.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Me → Profile → Delete account. See the privacy policy for what that removes.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and its date, and tell you in the app for anything significant.

আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট
আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড গোপন রাখুন। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে যা কিছু ঘটে, তার দায় আপনার। অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে আপনার বয়স অন্তত ১৩ বছর হতে হবে।
সৌজন্য বজায় রাখুন
আপনার হ্যান্ডেল ও নাম অন্যরা দেখতে পান। ঘৃণা ছড়ায়, হয়রানিমূলক, অন্যের পরিচয় ধারণ করে বা বেআইনি, এমন নাম ব্যবহার করবেন না। এ ধরনের নাম আমরা বদলে দিতে পারি, এবং নিয়ম ভাঙলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা মুছে দিতে পারি।
আপনার স্মৃতি
আপনি যে ছবি ও লেখা শেয়ার করেন, সেগুলো আপনারই থাকে। শুধু সেটুকুই শেয়ার করুন, যা শেয়ার করার অধিকার আপনার আছে। স্মৃতি ঘৃণা ছড়ানো, হয়রানিমূলক, যৌন, সহিংস বা বিভ্রান্তিকর হতে পারবে না; তাতে বিজ্ঞাপন থাকতে পারবে না; অনুমতি ছাড়া অন্যের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য দেখানো যাবে না; এবং তা বেআইনি হতে পারবে না। আপত্তিকর কনটেন্ট বা অপমানজনক আচরণ কোনোভাবেই সহ্য করা হবে না। স্মৃতি শেয়ার করে আপনি আমাদের তা সংরক্ষণ করতে এবং আপনার বেছে নেওয়া মানুষদের দেখাতে অনুমতি দেন। নিয়ম ভাঙা স্মৃতি আমরা সরিয়ে দিতে পারি এবং এমন অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা মুছে দিতে পারি। নিয়ম ভাঙে এমন কিছু দেখলে স্মৃতির মেনু থেকে রিপোর্ট করুন, আর যাঁর কাছ থেকে কিছু শুনতে চান না, তাঁকে ব্লক করুন।
গাইড ও ভ্রমণ
গাইড, খরচ, মৌসুম ও যাতায়াতপথের তথ্য সততার সঙ্গে লেখা, তবে তা পুরোনো হয়ে যেতে পারে। যাওয়ার আগে স্থানীয়ভাবে যাচাই করে নিন, স্থানীয় নিয়মকানুন মেনে চলুন এবং নিরাপদে থাকুন। ভ্রমণের ঝুঁকি আপনার নিজের।
কনটেন্ট ও কৃতিত্ব
গাইডের লেখা আমাদের নিজস্ব। ছবিগুলো Wikimedia Commons থেকে নেওয়া, নিজ নিজ মুক্ত লাইসেন্সের অধীনে, এবং অ্যাপে প্রতিটির কৃতিত্ব উল্লেখ করা আছে। ম্যাপের তথ্য © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL)। শেয়ার করার সময় এই কৃতিত্বগুলো বজায় রাখুন।
সেবা
অ্যাপটি যে অবস্থায় আছে, সে অবস্থাতেই দেওয়া হচ্ছে। সেবা চালু রাখতে আমরা সাধ্যমতো চেষ্টা করব, তবে আমরা ফিচার বদলাতে বা সেবা বন্ধ করতে পারি। পুরোনো ভার্সন ঠিকমতো কাজ না করলে আমরা আপনাকে অ্যাপ আপডেট করতে বলতে পারি।
অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা
যেকোনো সময় আমি → প্রোফাইল → অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন থেকে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। কোন কোন তথ্য মুছে যায়, তা গোপনীয়তা নীতিতে বলা আছে।
পরিবর্তন
শর্তে কোনো পরিবর্তন হলে আমরা এই পেজ ও তারিখ হালনাগাদ করব, এবং বড় কোনো পরিবর্তন হলে অ্যাপেও জানাব।
