About

The lake was made by damming a stream and covers a wooded hollow near the Chattogram border, with the Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation's picnic spot and boats on its shore. It is small, green and quiet, more a park than a sight; families from Chattogram stop here on the way into Bandarban. Winter afternoons are the time.

Getting there: Any Chattogram-bound bus or CNG from town to Holudia, 30 minutes.

Things to do

  • A paddle boat and a walk round the shore.

Good to know

  • A stop on the way in or out, not a trip of its own.
