About

From the Keokradong summit the trail drops through Jadipai para, a Bawm village, and on down a slippery path to the fall. The water comes over a wide lip and spreads across the rock in a sheet; the pool below is for sitting, not swimming, as the rock is treacherous. It is at its best from July to October and almost dry by March. The climb back to Keokradong is the hard part; most people do it as a day from Keokradong para with a guide.

Getting there: On foot from Keokradong with a guide, about 2 hours down and 3 back up.

Things to do

  • Go down in the morning for the rainbow in the spray.

Good to know

  • Several people have died on the rock here; stay off the wet slab.
