The road bridge over the Rupsha at the edge of Khulna, called the gateway of the city: stairs at both ends let people climb up for the river view at sunset.

About
Named after Khan Jahan Ali, the bridge links Khulna by road with Mongla port and the southern districts. Two stairways at each end lead up to the deck, and in the evenings families walk out to watch boats and the light on the water.
The banks below have tea stalls and boats for short rides.
Getting there: Easy-bike or CNG from the city centre.
