About
Nasrat Shah, son of Alauddin Husain Shah, is credited with having it built in the 1520s. It is a solid brick building with domes and corner towers, standing above the river in the old part of Shailkupa town, and it is still the town's Friday mosque.
It makes a good stop on the way north from Jhenaidah toward Kushtia.
Getting there: Bus or CNG from Jhenaidah to Shailkupa, about 40 minutes.
