Shuvo Sondha was opened up as a tourist beach by local officials and journalists, and has become the place in Taltali for an evening by the water. The sand is long and mostly empty, the sunsets wide.

It is close to Tengragiri, so the forest in the morning and the beach in the evening make an easy day.

Getting there: From Taltali by motorbike or van.

Things to do

  • Stay for the sunset, then head back to Taltali.

Good to know

  • Swim only in calm water; the river mouth has strong currents.
