About
Raja Sitaram Roy set up the temples and their images. At his request, Sri Krishna Ram Chakraborty came to Nalia to look after them, and the care of the temple stayed with that family.
The jor-bangla form joins two hut-shaped roofs in brick, a style special to Bengal.
Getting there: Bus or CNG from Rajbari town to Baliakandi, then an easy-bike to Nalia.
Things to do
- Compare the two temples, one with its tower and one without.
Good to know
