    An old river town.

  2. 2

    Pilgrims and a Mughal mosque.

At Himayetpur, just outside town, Sri Sri Anukulchandra's Satsang ashram draws devotees from Bangladesh and India; in the countryside the old Bharara Shahi mosque survives.
